[Video Interview] Mike Bosworth on Story Telling

Human beings are natural storytellers and every single day we tell stories:

a) to ourselves (I am this way…, I am not that way…, I can do this…, I can’t do that…, I was born this way…,etc) and

b) to others (one upon a time…, let me give you an example…, let me tell you a story…, let me share a story with you…, etc)

In despite of this natural ability, very few business leaders and sales professionals have learned how to consciously and systematically incorporate stories into their communication process.

In this Power of 3 Interview Series, Roberto interviews world renowned sales trainer Michael Bosworth, author of the book “What Great Salespeople Do: The Science of Selling Through Emotional Connection and the Power of Story”, on how to use stories to sell more and influence better.

My biggest takeaway was the metaphor that Mike used saying that "stories are emotional journeys"…I really liked that…
